“I agreed with her completely when she told me this because this is exactly how I’ve been operating ever since I found out about my mental health condition. Based on my personal experience, always doing the right thing brings peace and clarity to my life. It isn’t always easy but it is definitely always worth it.
“Doing the right thing may not always be easy because sometimes, it is a hard decision to make. Sometimes, doing the right thing doesn’t feel good which is why most people find it hard to do. But what I realized and learned over time is that even when it’s hard, doing the right thing always has its rewards. You may not see or experience the benefits immediately but in time, you will see that if you just keep doing the right thing without complaints, the Universe will truly appreciate your efforts and guide you in your journey accordingly.

Maxene Magalona is an actress and social media star in the Philippines. Her father is the late rap legend, Francis Magalona. The actress revealed in May 2020 that she has been seeing a psychiatrist due to her mental illness.

As previously reported by KAMI, Maxene Magalona made headlines after uploading an Instagram reel where she was crying. According to Maxene, it was her "current mood" and even used the hashtag "#ItsOkayNotToBeOkay."

Meanwhile, Maxene took to Instagram and bared her soul and narrated what she has gone through and how she is coping with it. The actress stated that she could remember being bullied while she was growing up. She said that some of her schoolmates would even mock her.
