According to her, she chose to stay at her mom’s house instead of a hotel room so that she could spend more time with her mom and her stepdad.
She had no complaints even if her former room was turned into a gym and storage room.

The beauty queen also spent some time with her sister, Sarah Wurtzbach, and the latter’s kids.
“Christmas day round up! I’m back home here in the UK and it’s been years since I slept in the same room where I did as a teen! It’s a gym-slash-bodega now LOL, but I love the bed my mom set up for me.
“Sayang ang time to bond if sa hotel pa mag stay and I love the dinner my step dad cooked for us. Every 2 hours ata kami kumakain ni Mama.
“And of course, kulitan with Sarah and the kids Lara and Logan as we went to the toy store. Bilis nila lumaki. Where did the time go?!
“Ang saya gumising nang di kailangan mag glam at magplantsa ng aking sirena hair (who’s with me?! Hahaha) and also to go to the supermarket leisurely without having to rush.
“It’s Back-to-Basics Pia and I’m loving every second of it. Kayo, what did your #Christmas day look like?” Pia wrote on Instagram.
Pia Wurtzbach is a famous beauty queen, actress, and endorser in the Philippines. She rose to fame after she won the highly-coveted Miss Universe 2015 crown. She is currently in a relationship with Jeremy Jauncey.
She went viral a year ago due to her younger sister, Sarah Wurtzbach. The latter accused Pia of insulting her, for siding with their mother in their conflict, and for not being there for her when she needed emotional help.
However, Sarah urged netizens not to bash Pia Wurtzbach on social media after she posted those allegations against her. According to Sarah, bashing Pia online will not help their family resolve their issues with each other. Later on, Pia and Sarah were able to reconcile and settle their issues.
