The Teen King and Queen Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo were among the scene-stealers during the recently concluded ABS-CBN Ball 2019. Kathryn donned a dazzling Filipiniana-inspired gown made by Dubai-based Filipino fashion designer Michael Cinco.
