A lot of avid Kapamilya viewers were surprised after knowing that the kiddie gag show “Goin’ Bulilit” will already conclude its 14-year run on national television.

KAMI learned that the said Sunday comedy program will air its final episode two weeks from now, that will be on August 4.

Josel Garlitos, the headwriter of “Goin’ Bulilit,” posted a throwback photo on Instagram and he asked the cast and crew to share their experiences on being part of the show.

He also recognized that the kiddie program has achieved a lot of awards during its 14 years of making a lot of people laugh every Sunday.

“#AngHulingDalawangLinggo na lang ang #GoinBulilit…” he wrote.

“Mga graduates, cast, staff, crew, mga manonood at sa mga lahat ng sumubaybay sa 14 na taon ng paborito niyong award-winning comedy gag show tuwing Linggo, ano ang #KwentongBulilit mo?” he added.

Because of the announcement, a lot of netizens aired various speculations about why the program will already conclude after more than a decade of airing.

Some of them claimed that the program is set to end because it could not match or surpass the ratings of its rival show on GMA-7.
