Vickie Rushton gave an interview to Boy Abunda on the ABS-CBN program “Tonight With Boy Abunda.”

KAMI learned that during the interview, Boy gave Vickie a second chance to answer her Binibining Pilipinas question, which was: “Why is mental health as important as physical health?”

In the actual pageant, Vickie failed to answer confidently because she supposedly got distracted by an audience member.

But on the Kapamilya show, the beauty queen was able to answer it with passion and confidence.

“If I were to give you the chance to answer the question again, how would you answer it?

“So, mental health is as important as physical health because it goes hand in hand for our inner being.

“Growing up, I was bullied and it affected my mental and physical health and as a woman who had been through a lot, I can use it to empower and inspire the other people and remind them that self-love is important for us to be productive,” Vickie answered.
