A video of a Cagayan de Oro councilor has gone viral. In the video, he was berating the former mayor of CDO who was already on a wheelchair.

KAMI learned that the councilor was Zaldy Ocon, while the old guy on the wheelchair was Reuben Canoy.

According to the caption on the video, uploaded by Jing Abas, the former mayor was "well-respected."

In the caption were a series of questions such as whether "bagay ba si Ocon maging konsehal?"

"Mag-isip pag may time," another statement in the caption.

She also added that she wonders what the councilor would be doing in the city.
