Dawn Chang airs her thoughts regarding harassment among women following an incident in Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Otso wherein a male housemate was evicted due to his lewd remarks about a fellow male housemate.
KAMI learned from PEP that the GirlTrend member's encounter with ex-PBB housemate Tommy Esguerra is making its rounds on social media once again in relation to what happened to the current season of PBB.
Because of this, Dawn broke her silence and expressed what she truly thinks about harassment.
In an episode of the online show 'PBB Bring8On', the celebrity gave an example of how harassment occurs. She said:
We always say be yourself, love yourself and all these empowering stuff. But you also have to understand, that you cannot touch people without their consent.
She added that if one does not give consent, then it is not the right thing to do. Dawn added:
If there is no consent, it’s not right, di ba? Kasi, kumbaga, ang pagkain, just because nasa harapan mo pero hindi sa ‘yo, hindi ibig sabihin puwedeng-puwede mong kainin, di ba?
