Saab Magalona's recent post elicits mixed reactions on social media

Saab Magalona's recent post on social media, which apparently was meant to inspire, turned out differently after some netizens criticized her husband, Jim Bacarro.

KAMI learned that Saab posted a photo of herself carrying her son with one hand and using the other to reach something inside a bag.

However, some netizens pointed out that Jim didn't even bother to help her.

"Shout out to all parents who took their baby to a wedding and prayed sooo hard that they wouldn’t make noise It was also because of the Lord’s work that I did not fall off my seat while reaching for something in the baby bag," Saab wrote.

One netizen pointed out, "Habang d ka mgkanda ugaga.. un husband mo wapakels. dapat tulungan ka nya madam sa lahat ng bagay."

Another one said, "and that man beside you doesn't care."

Saab told netizens not to judge her husband with just one photo, "BTW my husband is an amazing father who lets me sleep through the night by feeding Pancho when he wakes up and he always always offers to carry Pancho and I tell him to back off 95% of the time So don’t judge him for this ONE photo lol."

Some netizens think there's absolutely nothing wrong with the picture, however, some of them said it would benefit celebrities if they are more careful in what they share online.

As reported earlier by KAMI, Saab Magalona and Jim Bacarro celebrated their son Pancho Bacarro’s first birthday. Baby Pancho’s first birthday celebration was an intimate and laid-back party which was attended by the couple’s family and closest friends. The celebration garnered reactions among netizens.

Saab Magalona, born on November 23, 1988, is a Filipino actress, singer, photographer and blogger who started in the TV5 youth-oriented drama series Lipgloss.

She is the daughter of Francis Magalona and sister of Maxene Magalona, Frank Magalona & Elmo Magalona. Saab and Jim Baccaro tied the knot in January 2015.
