President Rodrigo Duterte was seen eating his breakfast at a carinderia or canteen in Davao City. KAMI learned that the photo came from former Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher “Bong” Go.
In a photo posted by the Philippine Star, President Duterte was enjoying his meal alone.
