The alleged video scandal of 19-year-old actress Loisa Andalio has created a buzz in social media.

In a recent KAMI report, it even elicited various reactions from netizens, with some of them convinced it was her, and some saying that it was not her and that the video was simply edited.

Now netizens turned their attention to the alleged owner of the "scandalous" video.

She's Katrina Paraiso Simangan. According to the Facebook page Nginig Squad, Katrina was the one who spread the video.

Her location is said to be Aichi Nagoya, Japan.

They also mentioned that she originated from Davao.

As to the case that they would like to be filed against Katrina, it's "The Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009."

Aside from allegedly identifying the girl, they are also appealing that Loisa be respected amidst all these, and that's whether the girl in the video was her or not.

Josefina Loisa Francisco Andalio, more popularly known as Loisa Andalio, is a Filipino actress and singer.

She was a PBB housemate and earned the title, "Talented Darling ng Parañaque."
