Nicko Falcis’ brother accuses Kris Aquino of being a bad businesswoman

Kris Aquino recently alleged that her real issue with her former business manager Nicko Falcis is in the accounting of her P40-million investment involving her Potato Corner+Nacho Bimby franchise.
KAMI learned that Nicko’s brother, Attorney Jesus Falcis, has responded to Kris’ comment.
In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph, he claimed that Kris’ complaint does not make sense and that she is a poor businesswoman when it comes to the Potato Corner+Nacho Bimby franchise.
“Ngayon nga, ang pinakabago niyang [Kris] kuda dahil nga parang naku-corner na siya na umamin ng mga kasinungalingan niya, ang una naming malaking tanong sa personal statement ni Kuya, ngawa siya nang ngawa sa social media noon about 40, 50, 70, 100 million ang ninakaw daw sa kanya.
"At ang ikinaso lang niya, P1.2 million? At credit card pa, ha. Sinabi niya noon—na talagang nakasira sa reputasyon ng kuya ko—yung trust fund ni Bimby, ninakaw.
“Ngayon, nag-comment siya yata sa IG [Instagram] or post na ang isyu niya talaga ay ang 40-million investment, at merong mga financial report from Nacho Bimby na hindi daw binibigyan ang kanyang mga abugado.
“Breakdown natin, ha... Una, yung 40-million investment, keyword: investment. So, ang investment, hindi naman niya basta-basta ma-pullout. Ang investment, makikita mo naman kung na-invest talaga. Paano mo malalaman kung na-invest talaga?
“May physical store or may physical product. Ilang branches ang Nacho Bimby? Ilang mga... or profitability per month nung mga businesses nila together? Alam niya yun.
“Walang nawala sa investment niya. Ang investment niya, nasa totoong buhay.
“Pumunta siya sa Promenade [Greenhills] Nacho Bimby, pumunta siya sa Gateway [Mall, Cubao], pumunta siya sa Robinsons Magnolia [Quezon City]. Andun ang Nacho Bimby, puntahan niya. Makialam siya sa business.”
“Hindi kasi siya negosyante, e. Ngayon, makikita na hindi talaga siya negosyante.
"Alamin niya yung business, kausapin niya yung cashier, kausapin niya yung mga employees.
“Pag-aralan niya yung monthly report, yung daily sales, yung opex [operational expenses]... Alam ba niya yung mga yun?
“Tapos hindi daw siya binibigyan ng financial reports. Hello, e, di pumunta siya sa corporate secretary, or humingi siya ng shareholders' meeting or humingi siya ng officers' meeting to be provided by those documents."
“Bakit kay Kuya? Kuya is not Nacho Bimby? He is just one among that multiple shareholders, like Kris Aquino. Kris Aquino owns 35 percent of Nacho Bimby, she’s not the majority, so makipag-meeting siya with other shareholders. E, busy kasi yata siya manira ng reputasyon ng kuya ko, e,” Jesus told PEP.ph

Kris Aquino is known as the “Queen of All Media” due to her success as a movie star, TV actress, talk show host, brand endorser, and social media celebrity.
Her son Bimby is her child with ex-husband James Yap. Her older son, Josh, is Kris’ child with former partner Philip Salvador.
