‘Kinakabahan ako!’ Daniel Padilla reacts to Regine Velasquez’ confession about him

Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla issued some statements that served as his response to the confession made by Regine Velasquez involving him.
KAMI learned that the Asia’s Songbird admitted in one of her press conferences that she wants to work with the Teen King in future projects.
Regine expressed that she was amused by how Daniel performed at the 2018 ABS-CBN Ball that is why she desires to collaborate with him.
Because of this, the promising actor revealed in an interview that he became excited and proud for being the personal request of the new Kapamilya singer.
In fact, the request was already granted as both of them performed together in Regine’s recently-concluded concert.
Notwithstanding the collaboration, the former The Hows of Us star explained that he got nervous because his partner is the Asia’s Songbird.
“Ako ay inimbita ni Ms. Regine para kumanta sa kanyang concert at ako ay napaisip kung tatanggapin ko hindi dahil ayoko dahil kinakabahan ako,” the actor quipped in an interview with PEP.ph.
“Alam ninyo naman ako pagdating sa kantahan lalo na pag kasabay si Ms. Regine. Lagi akong kabado kasi feeling ko lagi akong magkakamali. Ayokong magkamali… dahil gusto ko pag sila ang kasama ko, perfect lang,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Teen King disclosed that he and Regine had a heart-to-heart talk when they were in Australia for the ASAP live show.
Daniel emphasized that he became speechless because of the kind words that the veteran singer told him.
“Alam mo, sinabi niya yan sa akin. May 20 minutes kaming masinsinan na usapan nung nasa Australia kami. Binato niya lahat sa akin yan. Tulala ako,” he stressed.
“Sabi ko, sino ka ba para humindi kay Ms. Regine? Yes I'll do it, siyempre para sa kanila ni Tito Robin (Padilla),” he added.
In the end, the prominent actor said that he is very open for possibility of working with the multi-awarded musician in future movies.
He also recognized that Regine is not just a talented singer but also a great movie and television actress.
