Netizens go crazy over ‘epic’ trailer of new live-action version of The Lion King

- The trailer of new version of “The Lion King” was recently released on social media

The Walt Disney Company, or simply known as Disney, finally released the new and much-awaited trailer of the movie, “The Lion King.”

KAMI learned that the teaser and the soon-to-be-released full-length movie are different from the usual animated type.

The current “The Lion King” is filmed in live-action and it features animals which are not like the cartoon type before.

Several copies of the trailer are now circulating on social media and they have been attracting various reactions from netizens.

According to the caption of the post, the much-anticipated film will be shown to public on July 19 next year.

It is directed by Jon Favreau who happens to be the director of 2016’s American fantasy adventure film, “The Jungle Book.”

Because the trailer has been released in various online platforms, it attracted several comments from netizens. Here are a few:

“So epically perfect they couldn’t recast his role to anyone else.”

The copy of the trailer which was upload on Facebook has now more than 9 million views while the one that was posted on Youtube has more than 2 million just hours after they were posted.

The soon-to-be-shown full-length “The Lion King” will feature the voices of Donald Glover as Simba, Beyoncé as Nala, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, and many more.
