Veteran actor Cesar Montano finally explained his side over the issue of annulment between him and former wife Sunshine Cruz.
KAMI learned that the annulment case filed by Sunshine was granted by the court after several years of waiting.

When the decision was released, the actress expressed that she will never forget the day when her separation with Cesar was legally approved.
After weeks of remaining silent over the issue, the former Palos actor finally threw some words regarding the court’s verdict.
Cesar initially said that he will speak less about the issue because he does not want to commit mistakes through his words.
“It’s best not to say anything to the press,” he stressed.
“Less talk, less mistake,” he added.
However, in a column published by Inquirer.net, the actor gave a statement hinting that there is a purpose why their separation or annulment happened.
Cesar even revealed that he learned a lot in his marriage with Sunshine and he also praised God for guiding him with the decision.
“I believe God allows everything to happen for a purpose. Marriage is one of the most expensive schools of highest learning in life. But more valuable than money is time,” he explained.
“God didn’t let me get out of it without learning something. God is good, all glory to Him,” he added.

Cesar, or Cesar Manhilot in real life, was born on August 1, 1962. He married Sunshine on September 14, 2000 and they have three lovely daughters, namely: Angeline Isabelle, Samantha Angeline, and Angel Francheska.
