The superstar said she was saddened that her children did not visit her younger brother, Eddie 'Buboy' Villamayor, who has been confined at FEU Hospital since 2015 due to stroke. Nora also expressed dismay, after the topic of his son, Ian de Leon, rescuing a child from an accident last March.

Just like the previous interviews she had, Nora said she is proud of what his son with former husband Christopher de Leon did. She even called her a “hero”.

Siyempre masaya ako noong nakarating sa akin ang balitang yun (I was happy when I heard the news),” she said.

However, after that portion of the interview, Nora, a 62-year-old actress, started crying.

Kahit na nga minsan… Ito, walang biro, ha (Not even once, and this is not a joke). Hindi ko kinakalaban ang anak ko (I do not go against my children),” she said.

May mga insidente lang na gusto ko na ring ipabatid sa anak ko, na yung kanilang tito, si Uncle Buboy [nila] ay nasa ospital (However, there are also situations that I want to let my children be aware of like their Uncle Buboy being confined in the hospital),” Nora added.

She said that all she wanted was for her children to remember their uncle who took care of them while they were young.

Ang nais ko lang, dahil inalagaan sila ng uncle nila, huwag din naman sana nilang kalimutan (All I want is for them not to forget their uncle).

Yun lang ang gusto kong ipaabot sa kanila (That’s all I want to tell them). Dalawin man lang sana nila o magpakita sila sa kanilang uncle lang (I want them to at least visit their uncle). Kahit kaunting-kaunti lang na panahon o minuto lang, kasi alam ko kung papaano sila minahal noong kapatid ko na yun (Even if it’s just for a while, minutes even, because I know how my brother took care of and loved them).

Mula noong July last year ay nasa ospital, ni minsan ay hindi ko sila nakitang dumalaw (Since July of last year, no one from my children showed up). Yun lang ang pakiusap ko, kasi masaya ako na nakatulong sila sa ibang tao (That’s all I am asking from them, because I am proud they are able to help others),” Nora said.

The actress also said that if they are able to help others, they should also be able to do something for their uncle.

Nora expressed how much she loves her younger brother that she is willing to fight with anyone who would say something negative about him.

Buboy became an actor in the 70’s. He starred in films such as Alkitrang Dugo (1975) at Minsan Ma'y Isang Gamu-gamo (1976).

Both Nora at Buboy also starred in Minsan Ma'y Isang Gamu-Gamo, where the actress became famous for her line 'My brother is not a pig...'
