KAMI learned that Kotaru Shimizu, is the Kapuso star's son with a Japanese advertising executive.
During Jean's birthday last year, Kotaru penned a touching message for his mom, "ON THIS DAY 48 YEARS AGO, ONE GORGEOUS LADY WAS BORN... AND IT HAPPENED TO BE MY MAMA! Another year older... hopefully another year wiser? YOU are the reason why I do exist in this world! YOU are special mama...
