Coleen Garcia has revealed exciting new details about her highly-anticipated beach wedding with Billy Crawford this coming April.
KAMI learned about Coleen’s Maid of Honor, event stylist, wedding planner and the motif of the wedding.
According to the actress’ exclusive interview with PEP.ph, the Maid of Honor is actress Ria Atayde.
"Right now, si Ria, my Maid of Honor, si Ria Atayde, she's on top of everything. She's pretty much planning my wedding na with my wedding planner and I'm so grateful for that.
"Kasi yun nga, wala kami masyadong time and everything, and she knows naman what we want.
"My wedding planner and Ria both know us very well so tama lang na sila yung nagpa-plan kasi alam nila yung taste namin.
"At the same time, you know, I wanna be surprised also. I don't want to plan it down to the very last detail.”
Coleen also revealed that she chose Ycoy Sitchon of La Belle Fete Weddings as her wedding planner.
"So Google ako nang Google until I came across their site. And their portfolio is really the one that spoke to me na, 'Okay, magkasundo kami sa style, magkasundo kami sa lahat.'
"So I planned a meeting with her and looked even deeper into her portfolio, ang ganda. I really believe in her talaga."
She also picked Gideon Hermosa to be her event stylist due to his stunning portfolio.
"Siya din ang ganda ng portfolio niya. Ang dami niyang sobrang nagawang maganda.
As for the wedding’s motif, Coleen chose “beach colors” in order to complement the location of the event.
"I don't want anything overpowering kasi siyempre, kung maraming guest, maganda na may pagka-unison sila. Pangit kapag may colors na nag-i-stick out and everything.
"And hirap din magbigay ng single color lang because not everybody naman will be able to follow that so we're trying to find something everybody can wear."
Coleen and Billy announced their engagement last year.
They got in a relationship while hosting the noontime Kapamilya program “It’s Showtime.”
Coleen’s celebrity ex-boyfriend is Enrique Gil and Billy’s ex-girlfriend is Nikki Gil.
