Daniel Padilla is one prudent and thrifty Kapamilya actor as proven by the business that he has already delved into.

While his existing business may be doing well, the actor is still raring to invest in more stuff, to ensure that his hard-earned money will not go to waste.

He recently launched his new business, the DJP i2i New york eyewear line on January 27 in Taguig City.

In Push's report, Daniel shared how his love for shades came to life. According to the heartthrob, he loved to wear one ever since he was young.

He recalled how he would choose the cheapest shades.

"Bata pa ako, hindi pa ako nag-aartista. Siguro yung sa akin talaga na binili ko na unang shades, hindi ako sigurado pero hindi sa nag-po-promote ako pero i2i pa yung nabili ko dati. Kasi yun yung mga sobrang budget meal kaya ayun na (laughs). Ang panget kasi parang promotion yung dating pero totoo yun,” said the 22-year-old actor.

Daniel also recounted how beneficial wearing shades is considering that he gets to look and watch others without them even knowing it.

He also revealed that Tokyo fashion has greatly inspired his eyewear line.

"Ang shades kasi talaga sa akin sobrang comfortable ko na naka-shades ako lagi and I think kasi minsan hindi ko talaga maiwasan na ang daming nakabantay sa akin, alam mo yung ang daming mga matang nakapaligid sa akin? Pag naka-shades ako tinitingnan ko sila ng hindi nila alam (laughs). Hindi nila ako mahuhuli kung kanino ako nakatingin (laughs)," explained DJ.

Daniel Padilla is a 22-year-old Filipino actor whose parents are likewise celebs.

His mother is Karla Estrada and his father is Rommel Padilla.
