She was always mistaken by her grandfather as "Gina" but then at the end, she was touched that her grandfather saved half of his hamburger for his favorite granddaughter "Karen".

After multiple TV shows, Karen has been rarely seen on TV and shocked her fans after she posted her maternity shoot on August. Before that, everyone has no idea that she was pregnant because most of her photos on Instagram doesn't look like she have a baby.

Karen delos Reyes might have been a bit discreet, but the actress is definitely excited about being a first-time mom. Karen shared photos relating to her pregnancy. Aside from documenting her growing tummy, she also took a video while shopping for her little one.

And just recently, Karen shared her experience on pregnancy with her son Gabriel Lucas. She delivered him via C-section. Some people are also wondering on who is her son's father because there were no records on his past relationships.
