After the arraignment of his case at the Branch 78 of the Parañaque Metropolitan Trial Court, Atak said that he was just set up by the Okada Manila Hotel employee.

And then, dumating itong pang-apat, ito na yung nagreklamo.

“So, what I did, sabi ko, ‘Paano yung gamit ko?’

So, ibinigay yung number nga. Sabi niya, ‘Copy, Sir…’"

“So, yun, pagdating niya, nagmamadali siya.

So, feeling ko, there's something in there na nangyari sa loob…

“At the same time, gusto ko nang magpahinga dapat.

Atak is a comedian known for appearing in movies such as “Wang Fam,” “Maria Leonora Teresa” and “Praybeyt Benjamin.”

He also starred in TV programs such as “Dear Uge,” “Meant to Be,” “Tadhana” and “Wansapanataym.”

The comedian was released from jail on a P12-K bail.

KAMI is hoping that justice would be served in this controversy.
