Then she portrayed the role of Yaya Dub in Eat Bulaga!'s "Kalyeserye" segment (GMA Network).

She is currently paired with Alden Richards which formed their love team called AlDub.

KAMI spotted the message sent by Maine to her fans wherein she was asking them to support them. She also asked her fans to spread the message.

There are rumors that LizQuen, a love team from ABS-CBN will also launch their own “Kalyeserye” segment featuring Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil.
