Erik Santos, manager file official complaints against Jobert Sucaldito
- Columnist Jobert Sucaldito is being sued for libel and other charges over some Facebook posts
- Some of the blind items he has posted, along with some others where he explicitly named singer Erik Santos and his manager Erickson Raymundo
- A total of 55 formal complaints have been filed including 43 counts of cyber libel, 12 counts of grave threats, 1 count of slander, and 2 counts of libel
Singer Erik Santos and Cornerstone Entertainment's founder and president Erickson Raymundo have formally filed legal complaints at the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office on Thursday, March 30, against entertainment columnist Jobert Sucaldito.
The sworn affidavit submitted by Santos included screenshots of Sucaldito's alleged posts.
