Keempee claims being 'clueless' about why he was sacked from 'Eat Bulaga'
- Kapuso star Keempee de Leon shares that until now, he still has not received any explanation as to why he was expelled from Eat Bulaga
- In a press conference for his newest primetime series entitled, Meant to be, held on Tuesday, January 3, the actor shared that he has not received any explanation
- He also shared that it was not without effort from his part, that he did not know what prompted the decision to boot him out of the show
Kapuso star Keempee de Leon shares that until now, he still has not received any explanation as to why he was expelled from Eat Bulaga, the longest running noontime show on TV.
In a press conference for his newest primetime series entitled, Meant to be, held on Tuesday, January 3, the actor shared that he has not received any explanation from the management of Eat Bulaga.
He shared that he had taken a leave after seeking permission from Malou Choa-Fagar, SVP and COO of TAPE Inc., from the noontime show to focus on his TV series at the time entitled, 'Little Nanay.'

“Ang alam ko pa ay ilalagay nila kami nina Tito Jimmy [Santos] at Anjo [Yllana] sa barangay. Kasi, that time, nahihirapan na sina Jose [Manalo] at Wally [Bayola] dahil nagka-Kalyeserye pa sila," he shared.
Keempee also shared that when his schedule did free up and was told that the topic will be brought up in a meeting with the headwriter.
He also shared that he was depressed, after he heard that he will no longer be allowed to join Eat Bulaga, after 13 years in the show.

Keempee said, "I get messages sa mga social media accounts ko from fans asking kung kailan ako babalik ng Eat Bulaga."
"Hindi ko sila masagot, kasi ako mismo, hindi ko alam kung bakit hindi ako pinababalik," he added.
“Ang sa akin lang naman, kung ayaw na nila sa akin, sabihin na lang nila nang diretsahan at hindi yung pinag-iisip nila ako. Kasi, for almost a year, napapraning ako, e," he said.
