A lot easily assumed that Luis Manzano already has a spot reserved for him in the showbiz industry way before he even considered joining. It’s no wonder given that his parents are no other than the ‘Star for All Seasons’ Vilma Santos-Recto and actor Edu Manzano.
Now as a known TV host and actor, Manzano has proved that he can carve a spot for himself with his talent, charm, and wit. But other than his hosting stints, the 35-year old is always on the headlines for his leading ladies in real life.

1. Nancy Jane (2002)
Once known as Nancy Castiglione, the half Italian and half Filipina singer-actress dated Manzano in 2002. At present time, she is a broker and a mother of fraternal twins, Matteo and Joaquin.
2. Anne Curtis (2007)
Most people would know the close relationship of the two as friends but Anne Curtis once admitted that they tried dating. However, the ‘level-up’ on their ties did not work as they figured they were better off as friends.

3. Jennylyn Mercado (2011 – 2013)
Belonging in rival stations didn’t hinder Jennylyn Mercado to be in a relationship with the TV host in 2011. Mercado, a single mother of one, met Manzano through Jiu Jitsu training. The pair even traveled together locally and internationally. Nevertheless, it was in 2013 when rumors of their separation floated as Manzano flew alone instead of a supposed trip together.
According to showbiz writer, Ricky Lo, the two simply fell out of love and no third party was involved.

4. Angel Locsin (2008 – 2009, 2014- 2016)
Perhaps, the longest and most controversial tie in the list was the actor’s involvement with actress Angel Locsin.
After being spotted on numerous occasions, the pair confirmed their status in 2008. A year after, while refusing to disclose the reason, the two parted ways. Manzano didn’t hide his intentions of winning Locsin back but it wasn’t until in 2014 that they started dating again.
During the course of their relationship, Locsin admitted on a local entertainment show that she was diagnosed with a disc bulge. In the said interview, she happily commended her boyfriend’s support for her as she underwent an operation in Singapore. Marriage talks were even discussed but on the first month of 2016, in Ricky Lo’s Funfare column, their separation surprised a lot of people.

5. Jessy Mendiola (2016)
Two in the list, namely Locsin and Mercado, were both hailed as FHM’s Sexiest Woman of the Year. Make that three now, as Governor Vilma recently admitted that she invited this year’s sexiest woman of FHM after Manzano admitted that they’re going out.
Aside from the relationships he admitted publicly, there are other girls that were once linked with Luis Manzano. One was his fellow VJ, Karel Marquez, whom he courted in 2004, but did not progress further as Marquez informed. Another was Toni Gonzaga who married Direk Paul Soriano.
