She recalled how they spend their rest days during lock-in tapings in Iloilo.
“Magdadrive lang kami. Ang ginawa namin, nag-drive kami, dumaan sa simbahan, dumaan sa museum, kumain. Very simple lang. Parang just happy to spend time together. Kwentuhan,” she said.
Beyond their quiet moments, Janine emphasized how Jericho consistently supports her, especially in her professional achievements.
“Happy siya. Sobrang cheering for me,” she said.
This was answered when she was asked about his reaction to her being named Esquire Philippines’ “Sexiest Woman Alive.”
The actress shared that this kind of support motivates her even more. “I’m happy to be with someone who’s so supportive,” she said.
“Nararamdaman ko yung suporta niya so it makes me feel happy and parang mas nabibigyan din ako ng lakas to work hard.”
