Derek Ramsay, inaming natutulala minsan dahil nakunan si Ellen: “Biglang lowest of the low”

- He said it was in Spain they discovered that Ellen was pregnant and that he was super happy but the actor then slipped into what he described as “lowest of the low” when the 'pregnancy loss' occurred

- Despite what happened, Derek said he’s relieved Ellen is safe and also glad in knowing they both could still have a baby

Derek Ramsay, during the media conference for the movie “Kampon,” admitted getting stupefied sometimes because of the 'pregnancy loss' of his wife, Ellen Adarna.

He also said he doesn’t know what to feel as he experienced a rollercoaster of emotions, adding that he was super happy on learning Ellen was pregnant, then was saddened after the 'pregnancy loss' occurred.

“Medyo hindi ko alam kung ano ‘yung mapi-feel. Kasi rollercoaster, eh. Super happy, biglang lowest of the low,” Derek said during the media conference.

The actor then briefly narrated how they discovered that Ellen is pregnant.

“She was delayed, hindi kasi nadi-delay ‘yun, so, nag test tapos positive nga, so ang saya-saya ng lahat,” he said.

While on their way home, however, Derek said Ellen had some spotting, prompting them to seek medical attention after their plane landed in the Philippines.

It was then they found out Ellen suffered 'pregnancy loss', though the actor was glad Ellen is safe and that they could still have a baby.

“Paglapag namin galing Spain, diretso na kami sa hospital, ultrasound,” the actor revealed.

“So, it’s super, super rollercoaster of emotions. But priority is, Ellen is okay. She’s safe, and ‘yun. Good thing is, at least now, we know that we can still have a baby,” Derek concluded.

In another social media post where Ellen greeted Derek a happy birthday, she also jokingly referred to him as “immature.” Derek was born on December 7, 1976, and will be turning 47 years old today. The actress then took to socmed to post a humorous, yet heartfelt, birthday greeting for her husband. In her post, she also expressed her great love for Derek and stated some of the reasons why she felt that way for him.
