Jake Cuenca, 33, was apprehended on Saturday evening after his SUV allegedly hit one of the vehicles used by the police.
In a report done by DZBB Super Radyo, it was revealed that the said incident involving the actor occurred in Mandaluyong City.
KAMI also learned that Eastern Police District Director Police Brigadier General Matthew Bacay shared that the incident happened around 9:00 in the evening.

Moreover, a chase ensued when the actor’s SUV did not stop after it hit one of their vehicles, as reported by GMA News.

According to Brig. Gen. Bacay, the alleged chase with the actor continued until they reached Shaw Boulevard in Pasig City.
Aside from this, as stated in the report of GMA News, Brig. Gen. Bacay revealed that the actor is undergoing a medical examination this Sunday morning.
An inquest will also commence as the Mandaluyong Police plans to file a case of reckless imprudence resulting in damage of property against the actor.
Brig. Gen. Bacay, however, clarified that there was nothing illegal found inside the SUV of Jake.
