Aiko Melendez and her boyfriend, Jay Khonghun, have recently paid Gretchen Barretto a surprise visit to her office.
On Wednesday, October 6, KAMI learned that Gretchen took to her Instagram account to share a photo she took with Aiko and Jay.
In her post, Gretchen expressed how happy she was and how sweet it was of Aiko to come all the way to their office just to visit her.

“Lovely surprise visit from my long-time good friend @aikomelendez & her boyfriend Jay Khonghun. Sweet of you to come to our office,” Gretchen wrote.

Together with the former actress is her good friend, Atong Ang, who has recently been spotted accompanying her in several cockfighting arenas.
The said post was eventually noticed by Aiko who penned a sweet message for Gretchen whom she called her “platinum girl.”
“Thank you and I love you my platinum girl,” Aiko wrote, adding a heart emoji at the end of her comment.
Aside from this, Aiko also posted the same photo on her Instagram and expressed her admiration for Gretchen.
"Visiting my good friend @gretchenbarretto thank you my platinum girl for everything, I love you! Your honesty is something to be admired of kaya madami nagmamahal sayo."
Meanwhile, netizens could not help but gush over Aiko and Gretchen’s timeless and effortless beauty.
In the viral photo, both Gretchen and Aiko proved that age is truly just a number since they still look young for their age.
Aiko Melendez is a popular showbiz personality in the Philippines. In 2018, she won the Best Supporting Actress award for the movie, “Rainbow’s Sunset.” In 2001, Aiko ran for councilor in the city elections in Quezon City and won. She became Councilor of the 2nd District of Quezon City and remained in office for 9 years until 2010.
