Kisses Delavin and her costume became a trending topic overnight after photos of her wearing it surfaced online.
Iriga City-based costume designer, Polly Lagyap, said he got his inspiration from the great-billed Heron, known in local Masbate dialect as “Lapay.”
The Lapay-inspired costume made Kisses look more beautiful, with her photos making her look ethereal like some fantasy movie fairy.
