In the September 24 episode of her program Cristy Ferminute, Nanay Cristy said that she and other entertainment writers know Yen as a woman who is not fond of reacting to issues.
“Si Yen, kaming mga manunulat, kilala namin siya bilang isang babae na hindi palasawsaw, hindi maingay, hindi nagsasalita lalo na kung alanganin. Maaaring nagpo-post siya paminsan-minsan ng medyo may tulis na salita pero 'yung pagsasalita, at paglaban, at pagbibigay ng kanyang panig, hindi kami pamilyar sa gano'ng Yen Santos.”
According to the talk show host, Yen is someone who will just keep mum until a controversy involving her goes out of the limelight.
"Ang kilala naming Yen Santos ay tahimik, pinababayaan lamang ang mga isyung nagsasangkot sa kanya sa kontrobersiya, hahayaan lang niyang mamatay nang kusa.”
Yen Santos is a Kapamilya star who broke through in showbiz through the ABS-CBN show “Pinoy Big Brother.” She gained popularity when her teleserye “Halik”, alongside Jericho Rosales, Yam Concepcion, and Sam Milby, became one of the biggest shows in Philippine TV.
Yen has gone viral all over social media again due to the drastic changes on her Instagram account. Just recently, the 28-year-old-actress decided to delete all of her online posts on the social media platform. As of this writing, Yen's account, @ysantos, is now left with 0 posts and 0 followings as well. Aside from this, Yen has yet to formally address the issues she has recently been involved in.
Cristy Fermin then had a frank commentary on Yen's decision to remove all her posts on IG. Nanay Cristy aired that Yen might have decided to do so to avoid seeing negative comments on her posts.
