Mahal's sister, Irene Tesorero, has recently been under the spotlight after she was interviewed by Boy Abunda on his YouTube channel.
During their interview, KAMI learned that Irene tearfully recalled she and Mahal had a misunderstanding prior to the comedian's death.
It will be recalled that Mahal, or Noemi Tesorero, passed away on August 31, at the age of 46, due to gastroenteritis and COVID-19.

"Nagkatampuhan kami a week bago siya magkasakit," Irene began before expressing her regrets over their argument.

According to Irene, "Sana wala na lang akong sinabi, hinayaan ko na lang. Maybe yung bigat na nararamdaman ko, hindi sana ganito."
Irene, however, went on to clarify that Mygz Molino, the rumored boyfriend of Mahal, is not the cause of her misunderstanding with the late comedian.
"Hindi si Mygz," Irene began. "Ang gusto ko lang eh umuwi lang siya. Lalo na nung namatay so Papa, gusto ko siyang mag-grieve with the family. Hindi siya nakinig."
It can be worth noting that in his own channel, Mygz recalled that Mahal had been feeling down during her final days because of her father's passing.
At one point, during the interview, Irene thanked Mygz for making her sister happy and for constantly contacting them about her condition.
She also recalled Mygz apologizing over the phone, "Sincere iyong kaniyang apology na ginawa niya ang lahat. Sabi ko, 'Mygz, at least napasaya mo yung kapatid ko the last years of her life.'"

Mahal Tesorero, commonly known as 'Mahal' in the showbiz industry, has made a name for herself due to her hilarious and comedic roles in several TV series and films. It can also be worth recalling that Mura is Mahal's former screen partner.
