Robin Padilla shared on social media how aging has taken its toll on his body.
The 51-year-old action star admitted that he can no longer do the physical feats that he used to perform in his past action movies.

He said that his body no longer responds to what his mind is telling him to do and that his move set is now limited. For this reason, he advised the youth to not waste their time and to do all that they can while still young.
Aside from the honest message about aging, he also uploaded a video compilation of his workout session at home.

“Age taking its toll. Walang film shooting at lalong walang gera, hindi po ako expert at lalong hindi po ako instructor. Full body workout lang po, muscle memory at mind conditioning. NO VIOLENCE.
“Kapag tumatanda talaga nagiging isip na lang ang mabilis pero yun katawan meron ng delay sa transmission.
“Ang mga binti at paa hindi na rin makasunod sa dikta ng isip baliktad na siya na ang nagdidikta sa isip na ‘Boss hanggang dyan na lang ang sipa natin hindi na puede tumaas pa dyan at negative na rin ang exhibition ma injury na tayo dyan.’
“Totoong lumilisan ang gift of youth kayat hanggat bata ay wag aksayahin sa mga walang kwentang bagay ang oras at pagkakataon.

Robin Padilla is a famous action star and endorser in the Philippines. He is married to actress-host Mariel Padilla. The actor has two children with Mariel – Isabella and Gabriela.
Mariel went viral for expressing her support for employees of the Kapamilya network after ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal was rejected by Congress. Robin has also made known his position, saying that he wants the network to be reformed but he does not want it to get shut down.
Robin also made the news after his sibling BB Gandanghari accused him of being a neglectful brother and a hypocrite. Robin Padilla responded to BB by expressing his love for his sibling.
