Ogie Diaz, 51, discussed in his latest showbiz vlog update the issue that Gil Aducal Morales, or Ate Gay, is currently facing due to his controversial post.
It can be recalled that Ate Gay made headlines when he defended the Philippine government following the people's reaction towards the last-minute MECQ.
Following this news, KAMI learned that Ate Gay also addressed the bashing he received from netizens who stated that Vice Ganda should not have extended his help to him.

In Ogie's latest vlog, the actor-comedian revealed that he managed to talk to Ate Gay about the issue, "Naringgan din natin si Ate Gay ng kanyang panig tungkol dito."

During their video call, Ate Gay expressed that he feels embarrassed towards Vice, "Laging pinagdidikit yung mukha ko tsaka ni Vice Ganda. Nahihiya ako kay Vice.
"Actually, tumulong si Vice. Sabi ko nga diba, maliit at malaking halaga ay tulong. Oo, tinulungan ako. Pero feeling ko yung mga namba-bash sa akin.
"Parang ang feeling nila si Vice yung nagbayad ng bill sa ospital. Parang ganun. Nahihiya ako kay Vice kumbaga lagi na lang siya nadadamay pag may issue ako."
The comedian then reiterated that it was his sibling who paid for it, "Ang nagbayad ng bill ko sa ospital ay yung kapatid ko," Ate Gay clarified.

Ogie Diaz is a comedian and a talent manager who is the one handling the career of Liza Soberano. He is also among the most outspoken celebs as he will not mince words when he would comment on something, whether it be in showbiz or politics.
