Ai-Ai Delas Alas took to Instagram to vent her frustrations against Globe Telecom for immediately disconnecting or disabling her internet even though she just received a notice informing her to pay within three days.

In her post, the actress included a screenshot of the message allegedly sent by Globe to her.
Earlier, the actress said that she received Globe’s message asking her to pay her remaining balance in 3 days to avoid disconnection.
“Please settle your remaining balance of P5442.72 within 3 days to avoid deactivation of your outgoing calls and texts,” the message read on Ai-Ai’s post.

However, she was shocked to learn that her service was already disconnected allegedly around the same time she received the message.
Because of this, the actress posted the message that Globe sent to her along with her raging complaint against the telecoms company.
“Globe matagal nakong nagtitimpi sa inyo,” the actress began in her post.
She then asked the telecoms company if they understood the message they sent her.
“Naiintindihan nyo ba yung message nyo ngayun nyo pinadala within 3 days tapos putol na agad ngayun..????” she burst in her post.
The actress then suggested Globe should tell subscribers to pay up within the day so their service disconnection would be justified.
“Dapat within the day ang ilagay nyo !!!!!!” she wrote in her post.
The actress-comedienne then said it’s a good thing she endorsed rival Smart Communications in the past and declared that she would never subscribe to Globe Telecom again.
“Buti nalang smart endorser ako dati ... Ayoko na sa globe talaga!!!!!!” Ai-Ai wrote, adding several hashtags that include #agadagadputol #negasaumaga #walangchancegumisingmunasakabayaran #excitedsa5thousand #platinumpakonito #pahirapsamamayan
She also called out the tagline of Globe, “@enjoyglobe,” saying that the telecoms provider should change that since subscribers are not enjoying what the company is doing.
