It would seem that actress Kiray Celis’ heartbreak is not over yet as another important person in her life also passed away.
Recently, one of her beloved friends, actress-comedienne Noemi “Mahal” Tesorero, died due to COVID-19.
In a post, Kiray identified this other loved one as Sister Marina, a nun who helped with her education when she was young.
“Iniwan nanaman ako ng taong isa sa mga pinaka mamahal ko.. Sister marina ko.. bat moko iniwan?” Kiray wrote in her post.

She also revealed she’s supposed to buy a truck for the nun.
“Sabi ko sayo diba bibilhan pa ni ng truck. Promise ko yun sayo diba?” Kiray said.
The comedienne then lamented how heavy and difficult this year was for her.
“Ang bigat naman ng 2021,” Kiray wrote further in her post.
She then explained who Sister Marina is to her and why is the nun important.
“Sa mga hindi po nakakaalam, isa po si Sister Marina sa mga nagpaaral sakin sa St Paul.. Hindi po ako kayang pag-aralin ng mga magulang ko sa private school nun. Pero tinulungan niyo ako ni Sister Theresia,” Kiray explained in her post.
The actress then remarked that the two are together again in heaven, referring to Sisters Marina and Theresia.
“At ngayon.. magkasama na kayo sa heaven. Alam ko happy na kayo kasi kasama niyo na yung one and only love niyong si Papa Jesus,” she wrote.
The actress then expressed her deep love for both nuns in her post.
“Mahal na mahal ko kayo sister. Habang tinatype ko to.. iyak parin ako ng iyak.. miss na miss ko na mga yakap at halik mo.. durog na durog ako.. wala akong masabi kundi Maraming salamat at mahal na mahal kita.. Mahal na mahal Sister Marina,” Kiray wrote in her post.
Johanna Ismael Celis, more popularly known as Kiray, is a Pinay actress and comedian. She is also the founder of Chicks and Fins. Kiray was born on July 29, 1995 and was first discovered when she joined a contest called Muntíng Miss U of "MTB" at the age of 4. Soon after the contest, she joined the noontime show as the youngest cast member. Her first movie appearance was in the movie "Pera o Bayong (not da TV)" starring the entire MTB cast. In 2005, Kiray was chosen as one of the cast members in the children's gag show Goin' Bulilit that aired every Sunday. She was on the show until she graduated in 2009.
Kiray Celis took to Facebook and pleaded, half-hoping that the news that Mahal passed away isn't true. The fear and the grief could be felt in the words that were used by the comedienne. "Wag po... sana hindi totoo..." went the haunting message of Kiray. However, the 46-year-old comedienne passed away and the whole showbiz industry was caught by surprise.
Kiray Celis has recently penned a heartbreaking message to the late actress, Mahal Tesorero. It can be recalled that the online community was stunned when news of Mahal's sudden passing was confirmed by her sister, Irene Tesorero. According to several reports, Mahal passed away due to complications brought by the coronavirus. In her viral online post, Kiray kept on mentioning how she could not believe the actress has already passed away.
