Johnny Manahan has crossed over to GMA-7 and has officially become a Kapuso.

He revealed that his focus would be to develop artists in the Kapuso network.
During the press conference on Tuesday, he said that there are other Kapamilya stars who also wanted to join him in GMA.
He said that he advised them to stay with their current network, and would just have to decide eventually once their contracts are already finished.
"Sabi ko, 'Diyan na lang muna kayo.' Kasi, okay naman 'yung lakad nila roon. I was able to get a very nice contract for them doon," said Mr. M in PhilStar's report.
In 24 Oras, Mr. M mentioned the artists that he plans to work with such as Alden Richards, Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, Sanya Lopez, Bea Alonzo and Heart Evangelista.
He also said that his goal would be to develop artists in GMA Artist Center.

Johnny Manahan, also known as Mr. M, is called a starmaker in the entertainment industry. He is a Filipino film, as well as a television director. He is also an actor and writer. He is known for managing actors, being the manager for ABS-CBN's Star Magic, as well as the senior vice-president of ABS-CBN.

Pokwang greeted director-manager Johnny Manahan on his 73rd birthday. She expressed her respect for Mr. M, telling him that she will always love and respect him. The comedienne also wished him happiness, good health and protection for his entire family. Her birthday greeting came after Mr. M was in the news weeks ago due to voicing out his complaints about ABS-CBN.
Willie Revillame, on live TV, made a call to Johnny Manahan and urged him to join him in his show. He expressed his utmost respect towards the director, saying that he has worked with Johnny M. in Wowowee and he has been very supportive of him. He also said that the doors are always open for Mr. M as he is well-respected in the industry. Willie made sure that he addressed the issue at the start of Wowowin in its Jan. 21 episode.
