Gab Valenciano became the latest victim of a celebrity death hoax online.
A website posted a screenshot which supposedly shows ABS-CBN News reporting that Gab has died. However, the screenshot was obviously edited.
Gab’s father, Gary Valenciano, took to social media to deny the fake news. He also defended ABS-CBN News, saying that the screenshot posted was edited.
“ALERT: This news is going around now. THERE IS NO TRUTH TO ANY OF THIS!!!
“This isn’t the fault of ABSCBN NEWS. It looks like even they were a victim of this. It’s TOTALLY FAKE!!! A news clip about another issue was used and Gab’s face was simply added on to the clip.
“Please do not believe such news immediately!!! God bless us all,” Gary posted on Instagram.

Gab Valenciano is the son of OPM legend Gary Valenciano. In 2014, he got married to Tricia Centenera in a civil wedding in the US and two more times in Tagaytay and Boracay in 2015. Unfortunately, the two separated due to Gab’s alleged cheating.
