KAMI learned that one of the topics they discussed is about Angel getting body-shamed online due to her weight gain.
According to the actress, she does not get bothered by the comments and she accepts that she gained some weight.
However, she remains confident despite her weight gain because she believes that a person does not get defined by her weight but by her actions and talent.
The Kapamilya star also emphasized that what matters to her is that she is happy with who she is so it does not matter if some people are unhappy with her figure.
“Hindi ako nagsalita kasi parang, anong sasabihin ko? 'Yun ang opinion nila sa sarili ko eh. Totoo naman, mataba naman talaga ako. Pero hindi naman masusukat doon kung sino ako. Mabuti nang chubby kaysa ugly.
“Kung hindi kayo natutuwa sa sarili ko, well, I’m sorry to hear that. But natutuwa pa naman ako sa sarili ko and I know ang kaya kong ibigay sa table,” Angel said.

Angel Locsin is a famous actress and endorser in the Philippines, best known for her portrayal of the superhero Darna.
The actress is currently engaged to her partner, Neil Arce. They were scheduled to get married in 2020 but they had to reschedule it to 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
