Heart Evangelista posted a heart-wrenching photo of two people on a hospital bed, one sitting while the other was lying down, with their backs to the camera.

The actress then wrote a caption at the bottom of the old photo saying that found it and it reminded her of the day she lost her twins.
Back in 2018, Heart announced she is pregnant with Chiz Escudero, her husband, and that it happened to be twins.
Several days after her announcement, however, she lost one of them and subsequently lost another after more than a week.
The actress described the day she lost her twins as “the worst.”
“Worst day of my life… Lost my twins…” she wrote on the photo by way of a caption.
She said, however, that while she lost her twins, she also gained angels. The actress also wrote that she found the old photo, which reminded her of that day.
“Now, I have angels. Just saw this pic,” Heart wrote.
Heart did not say whether the photo she posted showing two people in hospital gowns was she and Chiz.
It is also difficult to identify if it was them as they had their backs to the camera.
