Doris Bigornia is once again confined at a hospital, this time due to an infection, according to her daughter Nikki Bigornia.

According to Nikki, the said infection needs to be treated through a series of medical procedures.
The reporter’s daughter is asking the public to offer prayers for her mom’s full recovery.
Just months ago, Doris survived a heart attack and underwent triple bypass surgery. KAMI is praying and hoping that Doris Bignornia will fully recover from the infection, go back to work and be with her loved ones.
“Sa mga nakaka-miss kay mommy @DorisBigornia sa SRO, nasa ospital po ulit siya.
“Nagkaroon po ng infection. May series of procedures siya in the coming days kaya we are asking for your prayers once again. Maraming salamat po,” Nikki tweeted.

Doris Bigornia, who is also dubbed as Mutya ng Masa, is a well-known broadcaster in the Philippines.
She is also a field reporter on the ABS-CBN news program “TV Patrol” and a co-host on the DzMM teleradyo show “SRO” with Alvin Elchico.
In a previous report by KAMI, many people got worried after Doris was rushed to the hospital due to a heart attack. Netizens offered their prayers for the full recovery of the Kapamilya broadcaster.
She also went viral last year while reporting live in her home amid the COVID-19 lockdown. Doris Bigornia’s report was interrupted by her pet cats.
