Former President Benigno Aquino III was laid to rest at the Manila Memorial Park on June 24, where his parents, Ninoy Aquino and Cory Aquino were also laid.

Kris, being the youngest, was the one who was tasked to place the urn of PNoy in the tomb.

She knelt in humility, and with due care and respect, gently laid his Kuya to his final resting place.

Aquino is the 15th President of the Philippines. He ran for office after the death of his mother former Pres. Cory Aquino. His "Daang Matuwid" was the slogan of his term.

Former Pres. Noynoy Aquino died at the age of 61 on June 24, Thursday. He was rushed to the hospital but later died for still an undisclosed reason. A report from Rappler revealed that the former President has recently undergone a heart operation. He has also been battling with various illnesses and had undergone dialysis for five months.

Vice President Leni Robredo expressed her grief over the passing of Former President Noynoy Aquino. Robredo stated that it has broken her heart upon learning that PNoy has passed.
