Former Pres. Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III’s dog named Apollo was among those who paid respect to the late politician for one last time.
In a viral video, the six-year-old dog was spotted attending the burial of his owner on Saturday, June 26.
Aquino was buried beside his parents, late former Pres. Corazon Aquino and assassinated opposition Sen. Ninoy Aquino, at the Manila Memorial Park.
Meanwhile, the viral video showing Apollo touched netizens’ hearts.

Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III was the 15th President of the Philippines. The late former President Corazon Aquino and the late senator Ninoy Aquino were his parents. Noynoy was admired by many people for his reputation as an incorrupt politician.
He was rushed to the hospital Thursday morning, June 24. According to initial reports, the former president was brought to the Capitol Medical Center in Quezon City. Hours later, it was confirmed by a family member of Aquino that he has passed away at the age of 61.
Pinky Aquino-Abellada, his sister, has delivered their family’s message on her brother’s death. Pinky also publicized in front of media reporters the late politician’s cause of death. She said that Noynoy's death certificate pronounced his death at 6:30 a.m.
