Kris Aquino recently turned emotional while delivering a statement about late former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III.

In a statement she publicized in front of media reporters, the actress said her family was really shocked upon learning the heartbreaking news.
“Hindi talaga namin ito inaakalang mangyayari. Nagulat talaga kaming lahat.”
She likewise recollected the good deeds her beloved brother did to her and to the country.
“Nagpapasalamat ako na napatawad ako at minahal ako. And to the end, ang tinuring niya sa akin ay ako 'yung kanyang bunso. And ipinangako ko sa kanya, gagawin ko ang lahat to just be even 1% of what he is as man and as a Filipino.”
“Maraming maraming salamat sa pagmamahal na binigay niyo sa kanya,” she ended.

Former President Benigno "Noynoy" S. Aquino III was the 15th President of the Philippines. The late former President Corazon Aquino and the late senator Ninoy Aquino were his parents. Noynoy was admired by many people for being an incorrupt politician. He is also the brother of prominent television personality, Kris Aquino, also known as the Queen of All Media.
It was earlier reported that actress Kris Aquino has arrived at Capitol Medical Center where the former president was hospitalized and died. Kris was spotted in a video rushing into the said hospital but did not give a statement.
The Aquino sisters also delivered their heartfelt message to former President Noynoy Aquino. On behalf of the family, Pinky Aquino-Abellada said that no words can express how broken their hearts are right now.
