Awra Briguela gave an emotional and insightful interview to Aiko Melendez on the latter’s YouTube vlog.
KAMI learned that Awra was asked by Aiko about leaving behind the ABS-CBN show “Ang Probinsyano” in 2019.
The teen actor admitted that he got extremely hurt about being let go from the series especially since his last day of filming was also his birthday.
He felt emotional about it because he had to pretend to be dead and act inside a casket on his birthday.
“Nung last taping day ko is my birthday kaya mas lalong doble yung sakit.
“3 years ako sa ‘Ang Probinsyano,’ nawala ako dun ng 2019, nagstart ako ng 2016. First taping day ko, birthday ko, last taping day ko, birthday ko rin.
“Sobrang sakit niya sa akin kasi sa birthday ko hihiga ako sa kabaong dahil namatay ako [sa show].
“Kailangan ko na sila iwan and nasanay na ako na everyday ko sila kasama,” Awra shared.

However, he just accepted what happened to him and viewed it as a chance to grow as a person.
After leaving “Ang Probinsyano,” he was able to get other acting projects and his YouTube channel grew in popularity.

Awra went viral months ago due to his word war with Buknoy Glamurrr. Fortunately, Buknoy later apologized for his comments about Awra.
However, it was not the first time they had a conflict. Prior to the issue, Awra also had a confrontation with Buknoy together with Xander Ford, a fellow social media star.
