A video of a woman, uploaded by Keyrr Pasco on Facebook, ordering "crispy towel" at the Jollibee drive-thru has gone viral.
The woman was a passenger, and along with the driver, went up to a Jollibee crew and asked if they have a "crispy fried towel."
The crew initially looked confused, but upon realizing the affront, he replied in a respectful manner, saying that they did not have that kind of food item on their menu.
The intention of the woman in the video was not made clear. There was also no indication if it was just for a prank, or for views.

Previously, Jollibee Foods Corp. disclosed some details regarding the company’s status. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, JFC now suffers billions of net loss during the second quarter of 2020. In its Business Transformation program, part of the plan is to close down 255 company-owned stores. Aside from this, they are also planning to change the ownership of 95 stores.
