Judy Ann Santos talked about how she manages her businesses during the pandemic in a recent interview she did for G3 San Diego's YouTube channel.
In the interview, the actress made an inspiring and surprising revelation. According to Judy Ann, she has kept all her staff employed even during the current crisis brought about by the pandemic.
“Kasi pag nasa food business ka sa gitna ng pandemya, ayaw mo madagdagan yung mga taong walang trabaho."

The Kapamilya actress went on to share that it did not matter to her even if her earnings decreased or if it strains her resources as long as she is able to make sure her employees have a source of income.
“Kung ano yung kikitain natin kahit maliit okay na din. Kung walang kikitain okay lang din basta wala tayong empleyadong tatanggalin or whatever kasi ang hirap na ng buhay as it is."
