In her latest vlog where she gave an epic tour of her gym at home, the actress aired an advanced message to those who will criticize her vlog and her physique.
“Para sa mga bashers, bago kayo mang-bash, yes, I'm working on my body. I think I've lost a little but I know that masyado pang malayo 'yung goal ko,” Bea said in the middle of her home gym tour.
She then went on to share her empowering note to herself.
“But body positive tayo. I love my body and I love that I can do all the things that I want because of this vessel (her body).”

Before she ended her vlog, Bea gave some pieces of advice to her viewers.
“More than the aesthetics, mas kailangan nating mag-focus sa health, and also self-love. Diba, kailangan talaga mahal mo 'yung sarili mo. I'm doing it for my own welfare. I'm doing it because I want to have a healthy body.”
