Dingdong Dantes recently shared on social media that messengers come everyone’s way to remind them about their purpose on why they’re doing what they have been doing.

The actor said that the messenger that came his was is, surprisingly, his own daughter.
At the time, his daughter asked him why does he workout almost all of the time even while the entire household is still sound asleep.
“Why do you work out most days even while we are all still sleeping,” Zia asked.
After the initial shock, Dingdong realized he must give his daughter a sincere response.
“That genuine question deserves nothing but a sincere response,” he wrote in his post.
So Dingdong explained to Zia the reason why he is doing it.
“I told her, ‘…it's because I want to be healthy for you and our family. I want to live longer and see you achieve your goals and dreams when you grow up. I want to be able to carry you comfortably even when you're...35’” Dindong wrote.
According to Dingdong, that moment with Zia reminded him of the importance of allocating time and effort on all of his priorities.
“Sometimes, we get misaligned from our objective, but what's definite is that HE uses beautiful messengers to get us back on track,” he wrote further.
“I forgot to thank Ate Z because her curiosity reminded me of the reason why I am doing all of these,” Dingdong wrote on his Instagram post.

He was born on August 2, 1980 in Quezon City, Philippines, and began his career as a child model at the age of two, appearing in a television advertisement for Carnation milk. Several other commercials ensued before he joined an all-male dance group called Abztract Dancers, with his friend, actor Nathan Dados, and his cousin, actor Arthur Solinap. Their group became regulars on Eat Bulaga! and That's Entertainment. As an actor, his first movie appearance was in the Shake, Rattle and Roll V episode "Anino".

Dingdong is known for his hilarious and witty captions on social media. Just recently, the celebrity dad uploaded several cute photos of his son, Sixto Dantes, online. In the photos, baby Sixto could be seen looking and observing at "some chicks" according to Dingdong. The said online post also elicited several reactions and comments from celebrities as well.
In another post, Dindong also shared the happy moment he had with Zia. In the actor’s Instagram post, he proudly showed their humorous photo. It showed the lovely Zia interrupting the morning workout of her dad. Instead of getting angry or testy, Dingdong gamely carried his eldest child.
