In the conversation she had with her mother, Sharon earnestly told KC, "Wow! Am so proud of you!" KC also revealed that this particular sentiment was something she did not hear often and something she most certainly will not take for granted.
"The only words an independent woman will ever need from her mother to keep her going. Rare, and definitely not taken for granted. Love all around"

Gabby's message for his daughter reflected the same thought as Sharon's. Gabby wrote to KC, "You got it all figured out. That's my girl". Apparently, KC has been getting advice from her dad who is a licensed real estate broker when she moved from a condominium into a house.
