Gabbi Garcia recently revealed many things about her personal life, particularly those about her childhood years.

The actress said she decided to share the details so her fans and followers would know her better.
Among the private things that many didn’t know about is that her mother thought she was a boy as she would kick and roam around her mother’s womb most of the time.
This is why her mother prepared a boy’s name for her, but when she was delivered and everyone realized Gabbi was a girl, they opted for the feminine variant of the name they already chose.
“Nasa tiyan pa lang ako ng mommy ko, she actually thought I was a boy. Kaya my original name dapat was Gabriel Luis Lopez, pero, as it turned out, I was a girl kaya ginawang Gabriella Louise Lopez,” Gabbi revealed.
“Feeling n’ya talaga boy ako kasi ang lakas n’yang kumain tapos ang likot-likot ko raw kasi lagi akong sumisipa,” the actress explained.
She also revealed that she was named after a Filipino heroine. “Centennial baby kasi ako kaya I was kinda named after Gabriela Silang. Strong at matapang. Let’s go, Gabriellas!” Gabbi proudly said.

Last February, the actress proudly shared in her vlog another milestone. The 22-year-old Kapuso star revealed that she finally got herself her first car. During the vlog, the actress gave some glimpses of her car which she picked up together with her dad and her boyfriend, Khalil Ramos. The actress also explained why she considers the said vehicle her first car and why it is extra special for her.
Recently, the Kapuso actress also shared her own version of a community pantry, with inspiration from the Maginhawa community pantry. Gabi also thanked all those who helped and gave their donations to help the needy.
